Delivery and Returns

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY – we will assume you have read and accepted these terms before any purchase.  Thank you.


We aim to send your purchase(s) out to you within 2/3 working days of payment being made.

If there is likely to be any significant delay for whatever reason we will contact you.   We use reputable delivery firms (e.g. My Hermes) or may sometimes use the Royal Mail for smaller items.

Please note – at present we will only ship within the UK. We may be able to ship to North America and some parts of main land Europe at an additional cost to cover postage – please contact us for further information.


Post and packaging costs are included in the price of our items.  Your items will be carefully packaged.  As keen recyclers we re-use packaging but only if it is in good condition to ensure your purchases arrive safely.


We do hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to help.

We will normally only accept returns if there has been a problem while the item has been in transit or an issue arises which was not highlighted at the time of purchase.

In particular please check carefully all measurements given for vintage clothing as we cannot accept returns on clothing.

You will be reimbursed the cost of the item/s as soon as possible after the goods are returned.


We allow collection of larger items only by arrangement  – please contact us before purchase to discuss.   Please note collection is required within two weeks – after this time the item will be re-advertised and no refunds can be given.

We can also deliver large or heavy items such as furniture within a 10 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne for a small fee of £5.   Items eligible for collection or delivery will be marked as such in the item description and we will not include postage in the purchase price.

We can on occasion deliver large or heavy items a bit further afield (within a maximum 50 mile radius of Newcastle) but there will be additional charge for this to cover extra fuel and time – again contact us in advance to discuss.


Vintage condition

In the main our items are vintage/retro which means their condition will not be as new.

In the main they are likely to show signs of age and wear.  This is part of their character and we do our very best to describe items as accurately as we can and will include photos of any significant issues.  The condition of an item will also be reflected in the price.

Please do not purchase from us if you expect ‘as new’ condition.


We take secure payments via Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account of your own, Paypal accepts most major credit and debit cards.
