This 1930s dried flowers wall plaque so sums up a country cottage of the period – think crocheted blankets, clippy mats, leather club chairs and a roaring coal fire!
The plaque is octagonal in shape and has a lovely bevelled glass front.
It is in a lovely honey coloured oak frame which is in very good condition.
There is a hanging ring on the reverse and the original backing paper.
It is amazing these still survive as the flowers and glass are very delicate (it will be packaged very carefully!).
It measures 17.5cms across.
